Lapidum Boat Ramp

Susquehanna State Park - Lapidum Boat Ramp is located near Havre de Grace, MD in Harford County. It is used to access the Susquehanna River There are 2 ramps. The ramp surface is made of concrete. A fee or permit may be required for use. The parking lot is paved. There are reported to be 26 trailer spaces. There are restrooms on site. The boat ramp facility is managed by the Maryland Department of Natural Resources - Park Service. Hours of operation are sunrise to sunset. Gated at entrance. There is a service charge to launch from the ramp ($10 per launch for state residents, $11 per launch for out of state residents). Please go online for more information about fees: www.dnr.maryland.gov/publiclands/oc.asp The Lower Susquehanna Heritage Greenways Trail runs between the Conowingo Dam and Stafford Road at Deer Creek and is an excellent flat trail for family hike and bike outings. It is also handicapped accessible.
